My role is to take everything you've built and hold it. I learn your plans, I know your suppliers, I understand what matters most to you. and on the day, I make sure it all unfolds exactly as you imagined.

This service begins from 6 weeks out of your wedding day, you can confidently hand your hard work over and I take it from there - ensuring you enjoy the final run up to your wedding day.

We hold a detailed call to go through everything. Your suppliers, refine your timeline, and understand your vision for the day. I ask every question and take all your hard work off your shoulders so you can enjoy the final lead up.
I confirm your full day of timeline, contact every supplier to confirm their arrangements, and issue detailed briefing documents so everyone know exactly where to be and when.
I'm with you from the moment set up begins until after your First Dance, around 10-12 hours on the day itself. I manage all your suppliers, run your schedule our timeline and handle anything that may arise so you don't have to.

Venue Set Up & Oversight
I'm onsite from the beginning of the day - overseeing set up, checking every detail against our plans and making sure everything looks exactly as you imagine before any guests arrive.

Supplier Management
Any question, query or logistical conversation goes through me. Your suppliers know to come to me (not you) so you're never pulled away from your day.

Timeline Management
I hold the running order from start to finish and ensuring everything is moving and making small adjustments when needed. This ensures every moment of your day lands as it should.

Guest & Family Liasion
The point of contact for guests with questions, family members with nerves and anyone who needs a calm, reassuring presence to point them in the right direction.

Quick Problem Solving
If something doesn't quite go to plan (and occasionally things can happen on wedding days!) I handle it before you even know something happened. That's what your coordinators experience is for.

Through to your First Dance
I stay with you throughout the day, whether that is same location, or multiple locations and into your evening. Once all your formalities are finished, I leave you to enjoy the rest of your evening. If you do want on hand support until the end of the night, this is added at an hourly rate.
Planning your own wedding takes real dedication. The very least you deserve on the day itself is to be completely relaxed and present.
